Message	wrong. I like to get things done right the first time around if anyway possible at the time. You might be right it is probably just better to find a donor or rebuild. We can't be sure until they find out the condition of the motor and what caused it. If he isn't in a hurry to get the car up and running soon I'd save and rebuild.
